- Product download requests — your name, email address, selected product and document, request time, and download authorization activity. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately.
- Any other information you choose to send us by email or phone.
We do not collect payment information through this website, as it does not process online orders or payments.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
- Provide requested product documents and information about our products and services.
- Send product updates only if you affirmatively opt in. Downloading a document does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
- Improve our website and the products and services we offer.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to enquiries, such as our email delivery provider (Resend), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide that service.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use essential cookies required for the site to function, and may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. These do not identify you personally. Selected inquiry products are stored in your browser so the inquiry cart persists while you browse.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are saved as General Inquiries alongside product inquiries. Inquiry contact details, messages and subjects are anonymized according to the configured inquiry retention period, or sooner when an authorized deletion request is fulfilled. Download lead contact records are retained indefinitely until an authorized administrator deletes or anonymizes them, including in response to a lawful deletion request or applicable privacy or legal requirements. There is no automatic inactivity expiry. Retention does not extend marketing consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Anonymous document activity totals may be retained without your name or email address.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. You can withdraw download marketing consent using the download success form while your authorization is valid, or contact us at any time. Withdrawing consent does not prevent access to requested downloads.
